In May 2007 Charles and Diane Eldridge took a leap of faith and bought the Coffeehouse at Mountain Island. They formed the corporation "Nouveau la Vie, Inc.", and began their “new life” as coffee connoisseurs. As part of their commitment to each other they decided to marry and thought what better place to marry but in the coffeehouse! Surrounded by family and friends they married on August 19, 2007.

As part of the commitment to their customers they are dedicated to bring them the finest fresh roasted coffees from around the world! Come taste the difference!
